Mushroom Primo Back at Pagliacci Pizza


MUSHROOM PRIMO
When trees begin to lose their leaves and a crispness fills the air, we celebrate autumn by paying homage to the rich earthy flavors of mushrooms. Pagliacci Pizza Mushroom Primo showcases fruity Chanterelles, woodsy Shiitakes, rich Portobellos and mild Buttons. The mushroom blend tops an olive oil base seasoned with garlic and thyme. They are accompanied by roasted peppers, onions, capers, parsley, mozzarella and provolone cheese.

Portobellos are the perfect protagonist for a primo of their own. The meaty mushrooms develop a rich flavor marinating in our white balsamic vinaigrette. We combine them with artichoke hearts, red onions, fresh parsley, and mozzarella, provolone and ricotta cheese.
